HOW THE MONEY IS SPENT

Over almost two decades the Downlands Trust has provided funding that has enabled the Downlands Partnership and other countryside conservation organisations to purchase much-needed tools and equipment, essential for maintaining our local countryside in good condition. We have also awarded grants for the purchase of livestock, fencing materials, a variety of countryside furniture and for pond restoration.
The photos below provide examples of the assistance that we have provided to help maintain our wonderful chalk grassland and to enhance local biodiversity.
